I placed my order and got almost no updates unless I went looking for them myself. I guess the good news is they’re consistent, just not in the way you’d hope. Having to keep checking on everything got frustrating, and overall it really didn’t feel worth the hassle.

I thought everything was really cute and it did look like the photos, which I always appreciate because sometimes things show up looking a little different in person. The colors and overall style were pretty much what I expected, so no complaints there. Shipping was okay, but it did take a bit longer than I was hoping. It wasn’t a huge problem or anything, just one of those situations where I kept checking the tracking because I was excited for it to arrive. Overall, I’m happy with what I got.

I had a question about my order and they got back to me fast. The first reply was a little brief, like, it answered part of it but not totally everything. I followed up, and after that they cleared things up properly. So yeah, overall it was a good experience. Not perfect, but helpful enough, and I’d shop here again.

I ordered a dress from willowboutique.com because the site showed it was available. I needed it for an event, so I figured I was all set. A few days later, this is where it got annoying, they let me know the dress was actually out of stock. If the inventory had been updated correctly, I wouldn’t have ordered it in the first place. They did send the refund, which was good, but it still wasted my time and left me scrambling. Their stock info doesn’t seem very reliable.

I had to return a dress that didn’t fit quite right. The process was simple, actually, simpler than I expected, and my refund showed up within a few days. I do wish the return label had been a little clearer, though

The item is cute and looks nice in person, so there’s that. The sizing, though, was not what I expected at all, which is always a fun little surprise when you just want something to fit.

Shipping was totally fine and I didn’t have any major issues there, but I don’t really think the quality matches what they’re charging. I’ve found similar styles for less elsewhere, so the higher price feels avoidable to me. Cute stuff, but probably not worth it unless there’s a sale.

Meh. The box showed up a little crushed, which wasn’t great, but thankfully everything inside was fine. So overall, not perfect, but no real damage done.

I had an okay experience overall, but the pricing was kind of all over the place. Some items felt fairly priced, while others seemed a bit too expensive for what they were. It wasn’t terrible, but I do feel like there should be more consistency. i’d appreciate some kind of discount or credit to make up for the items that felt overpriced

I don’t know, I could just tell quickly it wasn’t really my style. The options felt a bit limited, and my gut reaction was that I probably wouldn’t find much I’d actually want to wear

I ordered my usual size from Willow Boutique and it fit close to what I expected, with one top being just a tiny bit loose but not in a way that made me want to return it or anything, so overall I’m happy with the sizing and would probably stick with my normal size next time too.

I’ve shopped on willowboutique.com a few times now, and overall the sizing has been dependable in my experience. I usually order my regular medium, and most pieces have fit the way I expected them to.

There was one dress that felt a little snug in the chest compared to the others, but it wasn’t uncomfortable enough for me to send back. Their jeans and tops have been especially easy for me to get right, which I really appreciate when ordering online.

I’m taking off one star only because I do wish every item had a size chart to make things a bit easier. That said, based on what I’ve ordered so far, I feel confident buying from them without stressing too much about fit
